报告题目: On the semiclassical focusing nonlinear Schrödinger equation with oscillatory square barrier and double square barrier initial data
报告摘要: The semiclassical problem (i.e., small ε) has been the object of research in the last 30 years, and the semiclassical (zero dispersion limit) solutions of the nonlinear Schrödinger equations were studied much based on Deift-Zhou method in the past 20 years. In this talk, we will report our recent work on the semiclassical focusing nonlinear Schrödinger equation with oscillatory square barrier and double square barrier initial data. We will propose the Riemann-Hilbert problem and discrete spectrum (zeros of a(z)) for the two kinds of initial data. The numerical simulations and Whitham theory are also be used to indicate the new phenomena under these initial data. This work will help us to further consider the semiclassical limit solutions of the focusing nonlinear Schrödinger equation by Deift-Zhou method in the near future.
